The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of hardware products, and the ability to build relationships with clients in the Hyderabad region. Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Generation : Actively promote and sell locks, hardware, and related products to businesses and customers in the Hyderabad area.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a deep understanding of the locks and hardware products, providing customers with the best solutions for their needs.
• Market Research : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Customer Service : Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to the management.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience : 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hardware, locks, or related industries.
• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus : Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Negotiation Skills : Experience in negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
• Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve goals.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of Hardware Products : Prior knowledge of locks and hardware products will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working in the locks or hardware industry.
• Local knowledge of the Hyderabad market and customer base.
