: Prizmabrixx is seeking a goal-oriented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Kapil Towers, Financial District, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by meeting or exceeding targets, building strong client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within specified deadlines.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and convert potential clients through direct interactions, calls, and networking.
• Lead Management: Follow up with leads and inquiries, qualify prospects, and close sales effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings to effectively present and promote them to clients.
• Sales Strategy: Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions; submit regular reports to management.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
