Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with an aeronautical engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge and passion for aviation to drive sales growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the aerospace,aviation sectors and drone mapping sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and present tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Technical Expertise:
• Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products and services.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer queries and requirements.
• Market Research:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to drive innovation and improve offerings.
• Sales Administration:
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA.
• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into customer benefits.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?260,000.00 per year
