• Building Relationships : Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in residential communities such as community leaders, homeowner associations, local clubs, and influential residents. This could involve networking events, meetings, and presentations.
• Promotion of Hospital Services : Educating residential communities about the hospital's services, specialties, facilities, and unique offerings. This may include organizing health fairs, workshops, or informational sessions.
• Referral Programs : Developing and implementing referral programs where community members are incentivized to refer patients to the hospital. This could involve setting up referral partnerships with local businesses or community groups.
• Customer Service and Follow-Up : Providing excellent customer service to community members who express interest in the hospital's services. Following up with leads, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the patient journey.
• Collaboration with Marketing : Working closely with the hospital's marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials (such as brochures, flyers, digital content) aimed at residential communities.
