Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into loyal customers. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our AV solutions while building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.

- Present and demonstrate AV solutions to prospective clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

2. Account Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

4. Sales Planning and Reporting:

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in AV solutions, IT, or technology sales.

- Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with AV equipment, conferencing systems, and related technologies is a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Details

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Location: Hyderabad / Karimnagar/ Vijayawada (select any one)

Type of Job: On-Site

Travel Percentage: Upto 60%
