• Analyze demographic and psychographic data to understand the specific needs and preferences of residents in these communities.
• Utilize various research methodologies, including online tools, surveys, and local contacts, to compile a comprehensive database of potential clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine the target identification process.
Building Relationships:
Objective To establish and maintain strong relationships with community managers and key stakeholders.
Activities
• Initiate contact with society management teams to introduce the brand and its offerings, thereby fostering initial interest.
