The ideal candidate will focus on growing Lexodd's client base by showcasing our expertise across various domains, including: Custom Website and Mobile Application Development AI/ML Solutions: Custom-built machine learning algorithms and AI-driven analytics to provide businesses with insights, process automation, and predictive capabilities. Cybersecurity Services: Offering security audits, consulting, and solutions to help clients secure their digital assets and ensure data protection. UI/UX Design Digital Marketing and Branding Solutions Custom Software Development and Business SolutionsKey Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients across multiple industries, particularly those with a need for advanced digital solutions such as AI-driven applications and cybersecurity measures. Conduct outreach activities, including cold calls and networking, to generate new leads for Lexodd's offerings. 2. Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique business needs, with a focus on sectors like healthcare, finance, consultancy, and fuel delivery. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing details on our services, including AI/ML capabilities and cybersecurity solutions, along with previous successful projects. 3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Present and demonstrate Lexodd's full suite of services, particularly highlighting AI/ML solutions for data-driven insights and cybersecurity services to protect digital infrastructures. Develop proposals that illustrate how Lexodd's custom website, app development, AI/ML, and cybersecurity services can meet each client's specific goals. Achieve or exceed sales targets by delivering tailored solutions to B2B clients. 4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, including advancements in AI/ML and cybersecurity, to position Lexodd as a forward-thinking solutions provider. Gather client feedback and market insights, supporting Lexodd's continuous service improvement. 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate closely with Lexodd's tech, design, AI/ML, and cybersecurity teams to ensure client needs are met from proposal through execution. Participate in strategy meetings to inform the direction of campaigns, including our slogan "Securing your digital future," which aligns with cybersecurity initiatives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech-focused sectors like AI/ML or cybersecurity. Knowledge of AI/ML applications and cybersecurity fundamentals, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to align client needs with Lexodd's solutions. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. Familiarity with Lexodd's tech stack, including React, MongoDB, Node.js, and our security practices, is a plus.What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
