Key Responsibilities:
• Drive direct sales efforts for our smart reusable notebooks and AI-enabled mobile application.
• Identify and engage with potential customers through creative outreach strategies.
• Present and demonstrate product features effectively to convert leads into customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing convincing solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by actively closing deals and generating revenue.
• Participate in product launches, exhibitions, and events to promote the brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new customers.
Qualifications:
• 2-7 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the tech or sustainability industry.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills: creative in approaching clients.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take initiative.
• Passion for technology, sustainability, and innovative products.
• Should Coordinate with Team to organise the Conferences & Meetings
Since this is a startup company Role remains dynamic
Should be able to travel as per Business requirements if required
