Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Jubilee Hills & Kokapet

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation :
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
• Actively promote current collections and new arrivals to meet sales targets.
• Provide detailed information about the quality, cuts, and design of the jewellery pieces.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues related to purchases.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Store Operations :
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation of all transactions.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display.
• Market and Product Knowledge :
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new jewellery designs, and gemstone knowledge.
• Offer expert advice on jewellery care, repair services, and custom orders.
• Keep track of competitors' offerings to remain competitive in the market.
• Promotions and Marketing :
• Actively participate in promotional activities such as events, sales campaigns, and customer outreach programs.
• Suggest improvements in marketing strategies based on customer feedback.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work collaboratively with the store manager and other team members to achieve sales goals.
• Share market insights, customer preferences, and suggestions to help in product planning and promotions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education : Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience : Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to engage customers and explain product features.
• Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work efficiently under pressure.
• Customer Service : A customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail : Knowledge of different jewellery materials, gemstones, and metals, with attention to detail in product presentations.

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day

• 3LPA to 6LPA and performance-based incentives.
