Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager/Associate

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Corporate Sales Manager/Associate from the hospitality industry to drive revenue growth through strategic corporate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conferences, and events
- Negotiate and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, revenue) to ensure seamless delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis
Requirements:
- 3+ years of corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or travel companies)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong network and connections within Hyderabad's corporate sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with Hyderabad's corporate market and key players
