About Ninja Media Creations: Ninja Media Creations is a leading audio advertising company operating within the railway sector. We have a presence in 15 states and over 200 railway stations across India, utilizing PA system announcements to help brands connect with a unique audience.

Position Overview: We are seeking both entry-level candidate to oversee advertising sales in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
• Foster effective leadership and motivate sales teams.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree .
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas.
• Strong understanding of the media advertising industry, including market dynamics and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to create and execute strategic sales plans focused on results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Freshers welcomed
• Willing to perform outside sales.
