Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Create and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and increase store traffic.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including B2B and B2C markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

- Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts to enhance online presence.

- Plan and coordinate promotional events, in-store displays, and advertising initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

- Collaborate with the store team to optimize product presentation and merchandising.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Compensation package:
