Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in field sales and excellent communication skills. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of food packaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field sales activities to generate new business and expand the customer base.

Visit potential and existing clients to present our product offerings and understand their needs.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our food packaging products.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the quality and innovation of our solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide clients with relevant and competitive offerings.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.

Prepare regular reports on sales progress and present them to the sales manager.

Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and update client information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in food packaging or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office applications, and Canva.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
