Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives. This person will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also creating and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
• Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Education in fragrances / perfumery is a plus.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in field work.
• Proven track record of success in sales and/or marketing roles (Optional)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the flavors / fragrance is a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively.
