Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive - Co-Working Space

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, particularly within the co-working space or real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the effective utilization of our co-working spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and follow-up.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to secure client commitment.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to new clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in sales, preferably in the co-working space or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
