Position: Sales Executive( Real estate)
•Location: Saudi Arabia •
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide information about available listings.
• Actively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate sales contracts and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate property closings and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
• Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and brokers, to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and knowledge of real estate practices.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• •3year experience in Real estates in sales
