Job Role :
A sales consultant acts as a bridge between the company and its customers, promoting products and services while building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Their roles include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales teams, analysing market trends, and enhancing customer engagement and sales processes.
• They use various sales techniques and skills such as communication, analytical, interpersonal, and goal-oriented skills to maximise success.
• Sales consultants can work in a variety of industries, such as retail, real estate, and insurance.
• Being successful in this role requires continuous improvement of skills and adaptation to the evolving sales landscape
