Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to promote products or services effectively.
Duties
• Utilize sales techniques to identify and attract new clients
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress
• Conduct inside sales activities including telemarketing and email campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sales
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Strong understanding of inside sales techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
