JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a sales executive at Good Sign, you will play a pivotal role in the property selling process. by providing personalized service to customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences and identify suitable properties.
Generate leads through various streams. Assist clients in viewing properties, and answering any questions they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
• Good communication skills & negotiation skills.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Generate valuable leads.
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive analysis.
• During the site visit should explain inner and outer area measurements, amenities, features.
• Should prepare weekly & monthly reports to respective managers.
Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor's Degree, Diploma.
• 1-2 Yrs Experienced male candidates.
• Flexibility to adapt to the change project and customer's requirements.
• Chennai candidates are most welcome.
