Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Kaveri Irrigations. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the Irrigation sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of irrigation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

2. Identify potential customers and cultivate strong relationships to drive sales growth.

3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

4. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Kaveri Irrigations products to customers.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials.

6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

7. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of irrigation systems.

9. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.

10. Stay informed about competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the agricultural or irrigation industry.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
