Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about Hydrolife's products and services to provide accurate and effective sales presentations to clients.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts to report to the sales manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or water purification industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
