Job Title: Sales Executive - Certification Courses

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our certification courses to colleges across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with educational institutions, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to drive sales and ensure high-quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet with college administrators, heads of departments, and other decision-makers to promote certification courses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with college contacts to increase course enrollments.
• Present course offerings in a compelling manner, highlighting the benefits for students and institutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by expanding the company's presence in Tamil Nadu colleges.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and deliver presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, including campus visits, meetings, and feedback from prospects.
• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine the sales approach.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and webinars for student engagement in collaboration with colleges.
• Handle inquiries and follow up with leads generated through marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in selling educational products or certification courses to colleges.
• Familiarity with the Tamil Nadu education landscape.
