Job Description

•Responsibilities:•

- Engage with potential and existing customers in English, Tamil, and Hindi to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Present and demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products and services to customers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to stay updated on the latest products and technologies.

- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to customers.

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

- Assist customers in the implementation and integration of our products into their systems.

- Provide post-sales technical support and ensure successful product adoption.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

•Requirements:•

- Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.

- Proven experience in a technical sales role or a similar position.

- Strong understanding of [specific technologies, software, or hardware relevant to the company].

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
