Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the industrial products sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial products and processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with industrial customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and contractors

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase our products' features and benefits

- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and product development

- Manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in industrial product sales (e.g., machinery, equipment, components)

- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and applications

- Proven sales performance and achievement of sales targets

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, marketing)

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

- Familiarity with industry-specific certifications (e.g., ISO 9001)

- Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT)
