Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop & Establish BKT brand in assigned territory.
2. Dealer Appointment & Network Establishment.
3. Carry out Road Shows in Crushers and Mining belt.
4. Customer conversions.
5. Receivables and Payment follow-ups.
6. Engage teamwork with internal stakeholders to drive Business.
7. Conduct & participate in weekly Sales review.
8. Capture tire performance details and customer feedback.
9. Engage with cross functional team as a part of team building initiatives.
10. Participate in weekly receivables review.
Key Performance Indicator.
• Provide a daily/monthly activity chart. (50 customers in a month).
• Ensure three times Dealer Deposit rotation for assigned Dealers.
• 100% target achievement.
Performance will be evaluated monthly.
