Job Profile: Sales Associate

• Focused on developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Handles sales forecasting, territory planning, and overall sales operations management.
• Conducts research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
• Identifies growth opportunities, builds relationships, and aligns sales strategies with market trends.
• Manages tools, processes, and data to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develops tailored strategies for high-value clients to maximize sales and ensure long-term relationships.
• Provides resources, tools, and training to empower sales teams with the knowledge to execute strategies effectively.
• Focuses on sales data and financial modelling to predict trends and suggest improvements.
• Works on strategies to drive revenue through pricing, market segmentation, and targeted sales efforts.
• Designs strategies for launching products or entering new markets, aligning sales efforts with marketing and product teams.
• Use a mix of inbound (content marketing, SEO) and outbound (cold calling, referrals) techniques.
• Regularly follow up with potential clients through personalized communication to keep them engaged.

o Highlight how your product/service solves customer pain points better than competitors.

o Determine the best channels for reaching clients, such as:

o Online: Social media, email campaigns, and company websites.

o Offline: Networking events, trade shows, and direct visits.

o Assign regions or industries to focus on, based on their potential.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

o Sales revenue achieved versus target.

• Conversion rates and client retention.
• Average response time to client inquiries.
• Seek feedback from clients and the sales team to identify areas for improvement.

? Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputed management school.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
