Experience : Min. 3+ Years
Qualification : Any Graduate
Job Location : ThaneResponsibilities -Handle client from pre and post booking stage and arranging site visit
Attending walk in and brief clients about the project and its features
Follow up for booking and closing the deal with the client
Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.
Checking of documents post booking
Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan
Completion of booking formalities post closure.
Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
Preparing ReportsSkills Required -Past experience of the real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales.Knowledge of GST.Well versed with Microsoft Excel.Proficient in English, Hindi and MarathiGood Communication skills via Email / TelephoneShould have stability and not change jobs frequently.Notice period should be 30 Days or lessIf really interested, kindly revert with below mail idsaurabhi@zodiachrc.com
