Sales Executive - Textile & YarnAbout the Companyprominent player in the textile industry. seeking to hire a Sales Executive with a minimum of 1-3 years\' experience in the same field to work at our Surat location. The salary will range from INR 18000 to 55000 based on experience and skills.Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to boost company growth and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify new areas for business expansion and customer needs
• Organize business meetings with potential clients
• Promote and sell company products and services tailored to meet clients\' objectives
• Draft and secure sales contracts within the limits of established rules and guidelines
• Maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, and invoices, among other documents
• Provide sound feedback and sales support to customers
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Recruit, train and mentor new sales associates to achieve departmental goals

Candidate QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the textile industry
• A demonstrable track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
• A keen understanding of the market and customer needs
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce or any other relevant software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
• BSC/BA in business administration, sales, or any other relevant field
