Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive cum Team Leader to lead a team of Sales Coordinators and Service Coordinators. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent client service, managing team performance, and maintaining effective communication between the team and management. The role also involves visiting client sites as needed to resolve technical issues or ensure project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Only male candidates are required for this position.
Candidates with 5+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in team leadership, are preferred. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing, service provision, or industrial sectors, with the ability to address technical client queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Coordinators and Service Coordinators.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives within the team and between the team and management.
• Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Client Communication & Service:
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat in both Hindi and English.
• Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist clients effectively.
• Sales & Upselling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients, driving sales growth.
• Document all client interactions, track resolutions, and manage CRM entries accurately.
• Technical Support & Problem Resolution:
• Address technical queries from clients and assist them in understanding complex product/service details.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve client issues and provide effective solutions.
• Site Visits & Client Interaction:
• Conduct site visits as required to assess client needs, resolve technical issues, or ensure successful project execution.
• Collaboration with Other Departments:
• Work closely with internal teams, including technical and operations departments, to resolve complex client issues.
• Provide feedback to management on potential improvements for products, services, and processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and client service best practices to ensure the team is delivering top-notch service.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of sales and operational processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
