Candidate in this position will need to perform the following general duties:
  • Achieve Monthly & yearly sales targets.
  • Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Understanding the needs of customers & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
  • Conversion of sale of dormant customers
  • Drive sales using different strategies eg: Up/Cross-selling,
  • Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
  • Complete Stock Counting & Tallying
  • Perform Tele calling on special occasions
  • Focus on Non-Purchaser follow-up and conversion.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.
