We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introducing our stockbroking services.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable investment products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Provide basic guidance to clients on stock market investment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in stock broking or financial services is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Basic understanding of the stock market and financial products (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
