•Eligibility Criteria: •

1. Graduation completed between 2019 and 2024 (Academic Year).

2. Graduation must be from Offline Universities only.

3. NATS registration is mandatory before onboarding.

4. Maximum age limit: 27 years.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female candidates are preferred.
• Personality: Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively cross-sell products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-selling gold ornaments and gold bars to finance customers.
• Consistently delivering strong sales performance by catering to customer needs. The monthly sales target of ?10 lakhs is structured to inspire and reward high-performing individuals.

Stipend and Benefits:

• Internship Stipend: ?10,000 per month for a duration of 6 months.
• Upon successful completion of the internship and achieving the required performance standards, candidates will be onboarded as permanent employees with:
• Salary: ?20,000 per month.
• Incentives: Additional earnings, with a total monthly package of approximately ?30,000.
