As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through telemarketing efforts, utilising software tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track performance. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Utilise Salesforce software to manage customer information, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategise on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within Medical field or freshers may apply
• Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Hindi and Bengali is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
• A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
