We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales and a strong aptitude for both field and indoor sales activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales growth, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field Sales: Identify and target new business opportunities through direct sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to generate leads and close deals.
• Indoor Sales: Manage sales activities within the retail environment, including assisting customers, upselling products, and achieving sales targets. Provide in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes, and provide insights for improving sales processes. Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated success in both field sales and indoor sales roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
• Good communication skills.
• No fresher allowed.
