The Role:

As a Car Sales Executive at Maruti Suzuki, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and recommend vehicles that meet their requirements. From conducting test drives to negotiating pricing and facilitating the sales process, you will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences that keep customers coming back. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and building rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
• Providing product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Explaining pricing, financing, and leasing options in a clear and transparent manner.
• Assisting customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborating with team members and management to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
