Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our construction services, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, bids, and quotes tailored to client needs and project specifications.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to address any issues and ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Salary: ?15000 - ?35000 + Incentives

Location: Looking Candidates from Thrissur to Trivandrum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
