Job Overview:
Real Budget Growth Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive / Sales Representative to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and convert leads for real estate projects.
• Conduct site visits with prospective clients to showcase properties.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and company offerings.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities to management.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation or above (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or a related field (experience in real estate is an advantage).
• Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Other: Female candidates only.
