As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote and sell our real estate properties. Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to understand their real estate needs.
• Showcase and market properties to prospective buyers through various channels.
• Collaborate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure listings and ensure a diverse portfolio.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and property values.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property selection to closing, providing exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring favorable terms for both buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry to generate leads and referrals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and market conditions affecting real estate transactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and property values.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
