Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels including networking events, referrals, online research, and cold calling.
• Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their energy requirements and financial goals.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and ROI of solar energy solutions.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and quotations that meet client specifications and company standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our products and services.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, report on progress towards targets, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and ensure smooth handover to the project management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
