Responsibilities^ Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property^ Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them^ Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing^ Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value^ Display and market property to possible buyers^ Maintain and update listings of available properties^ Develop networks and cooperate with Realtors^ Promote sales through advertisements, and listing services^ Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practicesRequirements and skills^ Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson (preferable)^ Proven track of successful sales record^ Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills^ Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills^ Pleasant and trustworthy^ MS-Office familiarityLocation: Anjuna, Goa# Only LOCAL candidates please.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per monthBenefits:
