Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads.
Client Meetings: Meet with clients to understand their problems and demonstrate practical solutions.
Training: Train shopkeepers and showroom owners for bathroom and sanitary products.
Networking: Gather leads from top builders, architects, and plumbers in the area.
Customer Interaction: Engage with construction companies that build residential flats or houses to present, solve problems, and offer training.
Responsibilities:
Travel locally and to surrounding states to cover projects during the day and visit showrooms/shops in the evening.
Possessing a personal vehicle is an advantage.
Fluency in the local language is essential.
Good communication skills in English are preferred but not mandatory; reasonable proficiency in Hindi or English is required for interactions with our Jalandhar office staff.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in selling bathroom and sanitary products (sanitaryware and tapware).
Experience in selling tangible products related to metal or visiting construction companies, institutions, or those related to residential building construction.
Knowledge of plumbing systems and familiarity with bathroom trends.
Worked in a showroom/shop that sells bathroom and sanitary products.
Experience in physically visiting architects or interior decorators and selling products related to the construction of residential buildings.
