Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase Royal Enfield bikes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, financing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for motorcycles and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
