Our innovative solutions enable manufacturers to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and achieve compliance through real-time insights and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development

• Identify and qualify potential customers in the manufacturing sector for MES solutions.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct high-impact presentations and demonstrations of the MES software to decision-makers, including factory managers, plant heads, and CXOs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

Marketing and Branding

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and presentations.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our MES solution.
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients to refine the product offerings and marketing approach.

Pipeline and Reporting

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, opportunities, and challenges to the sales manager.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and digital transformation trends, especially Industry 4.0.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of MES software and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with SAAS products or industrial software solutions.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
