Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to promote

automotive parts, spare parts, or agricultural equipment

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with

dealers, distributors, and retailers

. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products. Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and track competitor activities. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent after-sales support. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

5-6 years

in

automotive, spare parts, or agricultural equipment sales

.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the

automotive or agriculture

industry. Self-motivated and target-driven.

Other:

Must have a

valid driving license

and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
