Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, conducting property viewings, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Management

• Identify potential customers through various channels like online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers.

2. Client Engagement

• Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on properties, including pricing, layouts, amenities, and financing options.

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market demand.

5•. Collaboration•

• Work closely with builders, developers, and the in-house marketing team to promote properties.
• Act as a liaison between clients and builders for smooth transactions and documentation.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Freshers with a growth mindset will be invited.

3. Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Fluency in Hindi and working English.
