Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through excellent communication and customer service.
• Negotiation: Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions while confidently negotiating terms to close deals.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify potential business growth areas.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and track KPIs related to sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in E-commerce.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
