Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our HDPE pipe manufacturing company. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and growing our sales. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for sending quotations, tracking inquiries, managing CRM for existing customers, and attending tenders and meetings to foster business development. A blend of marketing skills and sales acumen will be key to succeeding in this role. He will be given a territory to promote sales, where he will have to travel & procure orders.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead generation:
Actively seeking out new potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and online lead generation tools.
• Customer relationship building:
Establishing and maintaining rapport with existing clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
• Sales presentations:
Delivering compelling presentations to showcase product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Product demonstrations:
Providing hands-on product demonstrations to potential customers to address their concerns and showcase value.
• Negotiation:
Negotiating pricing, terms, and contract details with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability.
• Sales cycle management:
Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including follow-ups and addressing customer objections.
• Market analysis:
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Sales reporting:
Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and report performance metrics to management.
• Attending trade shows and events:
Participating in industry events to network with potential clients and promote company offerings.
Required skills for a sales executive:
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and confidently both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Building rapport with clients and establishing trust.
• Sales techniques expertise: Understanding various sales methodologies and adapting them to different customer situations.
• Negotiation skills: Negotiating effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Product knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Market awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics.
• CRM proficiency: Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Data analysis skills: Interpreting sales data to identify patterns and make informed decisions.
• Key Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft professional emails, quotations, and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Analytical mind set with the ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Other:
• Knowledge of HDPE pipe manufacturing or similar industrial products is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable attending tenders and meetings and representing the company.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position.
• Office-based with occasional travel for tenders or business development meetings.
• Standard working hours, Monday to Saturday, with some flexibility based on business needs.
Salary Range : 25K CTC Per Month
