We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the HVAC industry. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for promoting HVAC products and solutions, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in all stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation : Identify and target clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and events.
• Customer Relationship Management : Serve as main contact, ensuring follow-up, addressing inquiries, and providing after-sales support. Maintain long-term relationships.
• Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback for strategic adjustments.
• Proposal & Quotation Preparation : Prepare and deliver proposals/quotations with accurate product specifications. Collaborate with the technical team for tailored solutions.
• Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules. Close sales and ensure timely contract fulfillment.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain CRM system, track sales activities, and provide regular reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience : 2-4 years in HVAC or related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Technical : Basic HVAC knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
