We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and promote our CRM product. The ideal candidate will excel in driving sales, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads for the CRM product through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate the CRM product to potential clients, addressing their business needs effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in software, IT solutions, or CRM products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English .
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend tailored CRM solutions.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
