Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Associate with in-depth knowledge of the travel industry, specifically specializing in Maldives travel packages. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills to convert leads into bookings while fostering relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Conversion : Engage with potential customers, understand their travel needs, and provide customized Maldives travel packages, focusing on converting inquiries into successful bookings.
• Business Development : Identify and develop relationships with new B2B and B2C partners, including hotels, resorts, and travel agencies, to expand Maldives package offerings.
• Client Management : Maintain communication with clients throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience that encourages repeat business.
• Market Research : Stay updated on trends in Maldives tourism, including emerging destinations, travel preferences, and competitor offerings, to refine and enhance our travel packages.
• Revenue Generation : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, actively contributing to the company's growth.
• Product Knowledge : Develop comprehensive knowledge about Maldives travel options, local attractions, seasonal trends, and pricing, and share insights with both the sales team and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience : 0.6+ years of sales or business development experience in the travel industry, preferably with knowledge of the Maldives.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong sales acumen with proven experience in customer handling, closing deals, and achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Maldives tourism market, including popular destinations, hotel/resort networks, and travel logistics.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Work Environment : Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and a willingness to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
